Quality

Our quality assurance plan is based on past experience gained in quality management procedures through the completion of a significant number of projects. The procedure is based on the requirements of AS 3901 and AS/NZS ISO 9001 Quality Systems for design, development, production, installation and servicing. Our Quality Assurance manual also implements best practice quality procedures of DOCAMS (previously BMA).

Our checking programme, together with our project plan check-lists for each phase of design and documentation, ensures that all aspects of the design are technically correct. Our standard procedure is to plan, critically examine and verify that the design meets the requirements of the brief, budget, client expectation and engineering requirements, Australian Standards, Codes and duty of care obligations.

Our extensive experience in quality assurance procedures has been used to develop the documentation and checking programmes to ensure that our clients and projects are serviced at the highest standard and quality of engineering designs as expected.

The Quality Assurance system is flexible enough and will be continually updated via regular staff meetings to allow modification to suit any other particular Quality Assurance requirements. Our Management System Documents introduces our practice and provides an overview of our management system as follows:
